Sincerely, it was a lovely stay on a vacation. The location was brilliant and super, at a short distance from a towering Neo-Gothic church.

Sincerely, it was a really lovely stay on a vacation. The location was super, you can visit an official residence by walking. And the area was good, close enough to an aristocratic and good area, New York and shops, cafes and restaurants.

Enjoyed the room with a very good sofa bed, my bed was good. A microwave oven, tea/coffee making equipment and a fridge were provided if needed.

Some of the staff were very rude.

Great housekeeping staff

The room was super cozy with a comfy bed and all the little kitchen things I needed. The lounge area was perfect for kicking back and watching TV, and I also enjoyed a relaxing dip in the pool. Just a heads up, the walls were a bit thin, so I could hear some noise from neighbors, but it didn't ruin my time 😊

great stay , but room needed maintenance

The facility catered perfectly for our family with spacious two-bedroom apartments. The staff were impressively quick in addressing our maintenance issue.

The constant running toilet in our room was a concern .

Would definitely recommend for a mini-break over the weekend

Spacious room, great view, with excellent kitchen facilities making it easy to unwind with food from nearby restaurants and enjoy the fantastic Ophelia restaurant.

The staff were very friendly and quick to help us when our coffee machine broke. The rooftop bar had great views and perfect for unwinding after a long day.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but really not that bad for what you get.

The apartment was surprisingly spacious and well equipped. Still, the neighborhood was lovely and quiet, with great nearby restaurants. Enjoyed the free coffee, too!

I loved how spacious my apartment was and it was just a short walk to Central Park, where I enjoyed leisurely strolls surrounded by nature. Being close to iconic places like the Museum of Modern Art made my weekend explorations so convenient.

The spacious apartment was like my own little oasis in the city. It had a well-equipped kitchen. The views from my room were fine, especially during sunrise. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with any questions. Housekeeping came on schedule, which I really appreciated. The air conditioning was problematic. It had a motion-activated system, so I had to ask the front desk to turn it off. I stayed on the fifth floor, and while there wasn't much road noise, I faced a lot of disturbances from an outside fan was good. The photos looked bigger than reality. My sofa and table were smaller than expected. One time, housekeeping arrived unannounced, which caught me off guard. Fortunately, nothing was taken from my room when they didn't close the door properly after cleaning. I loved the location, too. It was quiet, safe, and close to subway stops. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place, especially if you don't mind a bit of noise and can handle some quirks.

Wow! The views from my room were amazing, overlooking Roosevelt Island, with sunrises that literally lit up the skyline. I loved the spacious layout of my one-bedroom apartment, which was like home with its fully equipped kitchen-perfect for making breakfast! And let's not forget that powerful shower. The water pressure was like a dreamy spa experience every morning.
